Jigme Datse Yli-Rasku 88d642458a Add Informaiton about OGL, move texts out. 
This adds information about the Open Game License, and moves the text
from the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license out into a
separate appendix.

well with multiple projects that have different todo lists.  At least
not for me.

Jigme Datse Yli-Rasku 9a9fc498fb Initial RuneQuest Commit 
This as of what I have last looked at, appears to work.  It seems to
build a decent pdf from the files using the makefile.  I have not (and
currently have no reason to try) tested the making with graphics
enabled.

Jigme Datse Yli-Rasku e9724b72a4 Use 3 digits not just 2 
This uses 3 digits not just three in the png files.  I'm not sure if
I'll get to needing it or not, but I wouldn't be too surprised if not
this project, some project will need it.

This is enough to get me working PDF output.  I'm not sure if I can
automate it to put into Laidout to get print output, or if I just run
that from pngs that I'm already creating and manually bring them into
Laidout.

Most of this is just formatting, of note is moving the `\frontmatter`
before the titlepage.  That fixes the weird numbering that goes
Arabic/Roman/Arabic with that misplaced.

Another note, is the backmatter has been moved to a separate file.

options are in a `\geometry` call, rather than in the `\usepackage`
call.
