Noting Basic Roleplaying and Querent 

Prior to this, we've only got the Campaign 0 informaiton in this file.
Not sure this is fully what we want, even for current usage, but it's
better than nothing.

## Basic Roleplaying
This is created to have some resources for Basic Roleplaying. As of now
it is largely not being further developed, though we hope to come back to
it after having done some stuff with *Querent* which seems to be the
direction which I will be going.
## Querent
This may be the game that will have a full writing up of stuff, though I'm
not certain of that. It's the current, "get ready to run" game and
hopefully will work out as such...
