Various Updates

Not entirely sure what all I've changed in these, but right now I have
something that's working for what I have here.

There's some key makefile changes, which allow for easier updating.

Most of the other updates are more a matter of just things that are
getting added to the main project.

\section{Todo Items}
This is here (the appendix), so it will show up in the table of contents.
Without some text here, it sadly is currently putting a totally empty
page, then the list of todo items. Not ideal. That is a\todo{Todo
item}, I would say.

This talks about my thoughts about selling these, and capitalism, and
individualism, and a whole lot of different things. As of now, I believe
it is the longest piece, and I would say that it probably needs to have
some of this broken into or expanded on a bit in a different piece.\todo{Capitalism, Pricing, Individualism/Collectivism}
